RIJ Engineering Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1991 to provide high quality machining support to
the automotive sector in India.
Its founders Ranjit and Jayant Gupta brought to their enterprise a wealth of knowledge
in the field. Ranjit Gupta, a mechanical engineer has vast experience in the Indian Railways and
automotive companies like Maruti Udyog and Bajaj Auto. Jayant Gupta is an IIT graduate with 20
years’ experience in machining and gear making.
We are an integrated OE Gear manufacturer. We buy steel and turn out finished gears. Our
facilities comprise full fledged forging and heat treatment plants. All manufacturing processes
are conducted in house, with total control at every stage, thus ensuring high standards of
quality. RIJ Engineering has built a reputation for excellent quality, derived from management
commitment and investment in equipment, people and processes.
Our product line includes Helical and Spur Gears, Transmission Shafts and allied Assemblies for
cars, trucks and tractors. We can offer machined forgings up to 10 kgs and DIN 8 helical and
spur
gears up to 400 mm diameter and 6 module, as per customer design. We also produce Synchro
Sleeves and Synchro Rings with state of the art plug quenching facility with respect to PCD of
internal splines for unmatched spline accuracies after heat treatment.
